Spike TV Confirms Ultimate Fighter 7 Finalist Removed From Finale
In what is being called the most shocking twist ever on The Ultimate Fighter, one of the middleweight tournament’s finalists will indeed be ousted from the competition following an incident that will air tonight during a special 90-minute episode of The Ultimate Fighter 7 on Spike TV.
Spike TV has issued the following announcement regarding tonight’s final episode:
In one of the most stunning twists in the history of the Ultimate Fighter, for the first time, a gladiator who endured through six weeks of living in seclusion with fifteen other mixed martial artists in the Las Vegas desert, and defeated three of his housemates for the right to fight for a guaranteed six figure contract with the UFC, will not be participating in the show’s live finale.
Viewers can find out what the ousted fighter has to say for himself exclusively at Spike.com, where a video interview will post at Wednesday, June 18th at 11:30pm EST.
Based on the release the eliminated fighter will be Jesse Taylor, CB Dollaway, or Amir Sadollah. Taylor qualified for the final bout with a victory on last week’s episode while Dollaway and Sadollah clash on tonight’s episode in a battle for remaining finals spot.
A video of the incident depicting someone breaking out the window of a limosine has been shown during previews for tonight’s final episode. Though the circumstances surrounding the incident are currently unknown, everything should become clear following tonight’s episode and subsequent interview with the ousted fighter.

We all know its Taylor. He almost got kicked out by kicking Jeremy Mays ass….which would have been even better than seing him win in the finale. Amir and CB are way to calm to be breaking out windows.

I have to think that CB beats Amir for the right to fight. Taylor has been pretty dumb, so I could see him getting the boot. Now who would replace him to fight in the finale is the question?

Ya, everyone thinks its Jesse because of his pig eating, getting smashed, fighting with ppl…..etc ..its the obvious choice but i have a feeling its not him….
It could be anyone of the 3 …. there all strong fighters with tempers, have been in the house a long time. … anybody might snap !

It will be CB vs Tim in the Finale…though I want to see Harris too but they cant justify giving him a shot at #1 when he didnt win… (after being in the house)…so they will give it to Tim since he lost to Taylor…

I hope Jesse gets kicked off…it would be sad to see CB taken out because he truly is talented, albeit a bit cocky. But he DID submit Rampage pretty easily during training…not sure Rampage expected it either.
I like EliteXC shows honestly i thought Destiny was a great show i just dont like Gary Shaw he is the cancer of MMA.

As much as I laughed at Jesse during the season, I’ll have to agree that his fights are boring. I think Dana would be more than happy to get rid of him considering he seems to have openly critized a couple of his performances. Does anybody else get the feeling that if CB were to smash that window he still would be with the UFC? Maybe I’m proven wrong tonight.

j.t is a very boring fighter my favorite fighter was tim i beleive he ran out of gas the first round he took a good licking however if they fought 10 times time would win 7 out of the 10.If C.B. win witch he will he is also very boring to watch to cocky a good bjj with good striking he is done.A guy like Chris Leaben would knock him out. I belive Aimir will be invited to the ufc Dana like s the nuts like him and so do I

go to ufc.com and check out the preview for the episode tonight…is it me or does it seem like the window doesn’t just get broken, but gets SHOT?! look at the guy walking up to the window, he puts his arm out, then “BANG”, the window breaks! whoever it is, i can see y dana is kicking him out of the show and out of the ufc for good.

Here is my two cents worth. First, this was all filmed month’s ago. Since the show started, CB has been doing a weekly blog and launched a new web site with sponsors. That doesn’t seem consistent with someone kicked off the show and no future career in the UFC. Amir also has a blog and Luke’s blog says Amir doesn’t drink at all. That alone makes it unlikely that he did it! That leaves Jesse. If he has a blog for the show or a web site, I haven’t been able to find them. Pretty invisible for someone that is going to fight for a $100,000 contract with the UFC. I guess we will all know tonight!
The trailers they showed of the window being blown out of the limo seemed to demoralize Rampage and entertain Griffin – I think CB has blown his shot. Too bad if this is the case because I don’t reaaly care for JT’s fight game.
I think I will wait till Saturday to see who’s fighting. I can’t believe it happened,but then alot of the stuff that has happened on the show seems to fall 3 standard deviations from the mean.
Taylor is way better than Tommy Speers. That was pretty great seeing Speers get destroyed by Anthony Johnson.

after watching the tape about 10 times (sad i know) it looks like CB getting out the car, if i had to place cash on it ide go for CB!
my money goes to CB man!! because from the preview i see rampage quite frustrated and shocked about it, while forrest reacts with a smirk on his face… (you never see rampage frustrated if someone who doesn’t have any relation with him, he might just laugh and joking about it)
