Renan Barao moved closer to a shot at the bantamweight title as the once-beaten Brazilian claimed a unanimous decision over Scott Jorgensen on the UFC 143 main card in Las Vegas for his 28th-straight win overall and third in a row in the UFC.

Meanwhile, middleweight Ed Herman picked up his third-straight victory with a second-round submission of previously unbeaten Clifford Starks to kick off the UFC 143 pay-per-view.
