Undefeated heavyweight Travis Browne will welcome former Strikeforce fighter Chad Griggs to the Octagon in a matchup slated for UFC 145 on March 24 in Montreal, the UFC announced Tuesday.
Browne (12-0-1) bounced back from a draw against Cheick Kongo with wins over Stefan Struve and Rob Broughton to remain unbeaten inside the Octagon at 3-0-1, while Griggs (11-1) is coming off Strikeforce wins over Bobby Lashley, Gian Villante, and Valentijn Overeem.
The only other bout set for the UFC 145 fight card is a welterweight matchup between Rory MacDonald and Che Mills.

Finally, we get to see what Gravedigger is all about!!!! This is going to be a fun fight to watch.
I still think browne will have the advantage in every aspect of this fight
This is really good cross-promotion match-making. Though Griggs hasn’t exactly faced Brown’s calibre of opponent, we all know this is going to be a fun fight to watch.
I’ll be cheering for the guy who should have been the replacement in the Strikeforce GP.
