group of investors led by Dana White have agreed in principle to purchase the UFC from Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta for an undisclosed amount. Included in this investment group is WWEâ€™s Vince McMahon who will now own a minority stake in the company. They also have plans on taking the company public by years end.

At the press conference also expect Dana to announce that with the help of McMahon, who has extensive connections in the New York State Athletic Commission, they were able to get the UFC sanctioned in New York, and plan on having a show sometime in the winter at Madison Square Garden. That is all I have right now.

I Just read on MMARATED.com that Dana says the Mayweather story is not true!

I originally made the post after reading on Fightline.com that Mayweather had signed the deal with UFC.

Mr. DANA WHITE, you said to the post conference that you are not the ref or the judge but you and Mr. Silva are the matchmakers and final decision makers. Please make that rematch happen. Let my man Vera whoop Werdums ass again. You know that its a controversial stoppage and you know that a performance like that doesnt earn anyone a title shot. You may see Werdum or Nog 2 a marketable one but that fight doesnt make sense if the people know that Werdum won because of the premature stoppage made by Dan “Sucker Fast Stopper” Miragliotta.

I’d like to comment on Alves saying “he’s been a good boy.” How is testing positive for steroids a couple years back and not making weight for a main event being a good boy? He should definitely have to fight again before he gets his shot.

There’s was no way the Werdum-Vera fight should have been stopped. This is getting out of hand man. I wonder if people will start yelling that the fight was fixed they way the did after Elite Show last week….probably not, because most of the people that were screaming that are UFC marks (bias).

bisping won that fight let it go, 2 out of three judges scored the fight to the count and they r the pro’s who no wat they r looking for, i gave the fight to bisping it was close dont get me wrong but hammill couldn’t keep the count down and hes the wrestler anyway thats old news now, u guys say the count is fighting nobodys but he’s killing the guys like u would except a franklin n hendo to do. i want to see hendo and the count go at it just to shut u haters up,
