Napoa got lucky with Justin McCully, but the worste part is Justin is having his eye blacked by Dana White because he help Tito train, Justin is his own man not a team member of Titos, seems like Dana White makes it hard for any fighter that friends with someone he doesnt like regardless if the fans think the fighter is great, Dana keeps this up his going to kill the ufc because its not going to be the place were the best fighters will be housed

group of investors led by Dana White have agreed in principle to purchase the UFC from Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta for an undisclosed amount. Included in this investment group is WWEâ€™s Vince McMahon who will now own a minority stake in the company. They also have plans on taking the company public by years end.

At the press conference also expect Dana to announce that with the help of McMahon, who has extensive connections in the New York State Athletic Commission, they were able to get the UFC sanctioned in New York, and plan on having a show sometime in the winter at Madison Square Garden. That is all I have right now.

Gonzaga is completely overhyped in my oppinion. He does not through combo’s with his striking and relys on power for every shot. He also gasses out in EVERY fight that goes past round 1. When he KO’d Cro Cop it took him from not even being concidered a top 10 fighter to like #4? thats ridiculous. I think he has enough to beat Justin and a few other lower end HW’s but against top contenders like Nog, Werdum, Herring, Couture, Sylvia, Fedor and others he will get tooled. Couture exposed him for an unworthy opponent (with a broken arm Randy still kicked his trash) and Werdum TKO’d him after eating horrid leg kicks. Gonzaga is a C at best.

Both fighters are cool in my opinion and it is like the Florian vs Huerta fight to me. I want both to win and hate to see one lose. Hopefully we get a good battle out of McCully and Gonzaga because we know we will with Florian vs Huerta. I just hope someone gets KO. I’m not sure what it is but I love seeing people being hit into unconciousness.

Last thing I heard about the game was that it’s supposed to come out spring 2009.

I know the rumors section has one fight listed, but I was wondering if anyone has heard of possible fights for UFC 88 in Atlanta. When I saw that we were going to have a UFC event here I got a semi-tuffy…
Also, how long out from the event do they normally start sending out information about ticket sales?
