Tim Credeur Out, Dustin Jacoby In Against Brad Tavares at UFC 137

Undefeated welterweight Dustin Jacoby has signed with the UFC to replace an injured Tim Credeur and make his Octagon debut against Brad Tavares on the UFC 137 fight card on October 29 in Las Vegas.

Tavares (7-1), a castmember on The Ultimate Figher 11, began his UFC career with back-to-back wins over Seth Baczynski and Phil Baroni before dropping a unanimous decision to Aaron Simpson in July. Jacoby (6-0) remained unbeaten with a 37-second knockout on the regional circuit in September.

UFC 137 is headlined by welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre vs. Carlos Condit and also features BJ Penn vs. Nick Diaz, Matt Mitrione vs. Cheick Kongo, and Mirko Cro Cop vs. Roy Nelson.
