The Ultimate Fighter logoThe Ultimate Fighter 14 returned to Spike TV on Wednesday for its second episode, one week after the first-ever featherweight and bantamweight cast was cut from 32 to 16 with an elimination round on the two-hour debut.

The episode begins with middleweight coaches Michael Bisping and Jason “Mayhem” Miller choosing their teams. Bisping wins a coin toss by UFC President Dana White and takes the first pick from the 145- and 135-pound fighters, leaving “Mayhem” to choose the first matchup.
