Fair enough. Most people aren’t big enough to admit any type of fault so I can respect that. If it makes you feel any better, I could care less where fighters come from as long as they’re fun to watch and not total douche bags. I hate Koscheck for the same reason i hate bisping, cuz he eeked out a win over diego and acted like a prick afterwards. I love st pierre, cro cop, paul taylor and a bunch of other foreign fighters. In fact, Dana White mentioned in an interview how MMA is the first sport where he’s seen fans cheering against the fighter from their country in support of the other guy (he was referring to people from the US cheering for St Pierre over Serra). From my limited amount of exposure to MMA fans, I’d have to agree with that statement. Either way, glad you cleared things up. and i still hate bisping

The point I was trying to make is that nobody outside of the UK seems to give Bisping any respect for what he has achieved. I truly believe that if he was from the US, the US fans would not have as much of a problem with him as they so obviously do now. At the same time, if that were the case it would be the UK fans doing exactly what the US fans are doing right now, its a loose loose situation as the fans of any sport are the most fickle people in the world I was not just talking about this site, but most MMA sites I read have the same thing over and over…

Kouch: Dude, those are some big words. Well done fella. But I have to bite back on that: what the f*ck in what I said has anything to do with what happened 100s of years ago? Thats like saying f*ck Germany and all of its fighters for what they did in the War. How can you justify that? You cannot hold people accountable for the crimes of their forefathers. If you want to get in to finger pointing of such an academic level then I suggest you look at the current crimes being committed by your country, join a University forum, and stop reading so much in to an argument which is essentially about people being punched in the face.

And just for the record, I love the US, I have lots of family there. Just stop dissing our fighters

personally i have nothing against the UK except when people like you point the finger at us “Ameicans” claiming unsubstantiated theories like we don’t like other countries. I’ve said time and time again that Paul Taylor would be a much better representative for UK MMA cuz that guy’s a warrior that never fails to put on a good show… win or lose. Bisping has been spoon fed opponents and the thing that turned me off about him was how he acted after the hammil decision. It’s not his fault it went his way, but he didn’t have to act like god’s gift to the sport when it was so clearly a controversial and in my opinion, bad call. I used to like the guy but that was enough to change my mind. I don’t even recall the guy giving hammil any respect after the fight which is quite honestly pathetic. even when i see fighters finish an opponent, they still typically give the other guy a compliment cuz it’s the classy thing to do. bisping is a talented fighter, but i can’t honestly say his record would be as good were he to fight better opponents.

Pisses me off sooo much. I hate how Dana says we are getting 2 top 10 contenders in Hughes and Alves..that is exactly the point. We are getitng contenders as the main event.

UFC 85 should be scrapped and we should get our ticket money back.
