He was pudgy and not in the right weight class. Even still he always puts on a good show. I do hope that being in the correct weight class helps his stamina. When he fought GSP and Hughes he relied soley on his natural ability and was out of shape. In the first fight with hughes and the fight with GSP he destroyed them both in the first round. GSP came back and won by decision once BJ gassed out. We are seeing a newly focused BJ Penn now and its hard to see him losing. Sherk is has great conditioning but doesnt have the same skill set as BJ. Joe has great conditioning but was out of his leage with BJ. Sherk will face the same demise. I doubt it would be as one sided as the stevenson fight but sherk will not have all the answers for what BJ will bring to that fight. B.J. BJ's also got a notable edge in striking and he finishes fights. Sherk will probably get him down, but then what?
