I’m looking forward to this. I really enjoy the Dream fights. I want to see if Manhief is really that good, but I could do without the dog collar and leash thing. Cro Cop and Overeem… Overeem has been wanting this matchup. Now we’ll see if Cro Cop has anything left and if Overeem is up to the task. It should be an interesting evening of fights. I wish I was there.

  2. Dietrich says:

    Agreed

  3. UK_Chris says:

We will see from this event if we should ever expect to see Cro Cop back in the UFC in the future. If he loses, I seriously doubt it, as he will further be simply known as Mirko “Over the Hill” Filipovic.

  4. timcat says:

    Dont get to see them

  5. Fr702 says:

I do believe that this is Cro Cop’s first fight back after surgery and against Overeem, I’ve wanted to see this fight for awhile now, so needless to say I’m a bit pumped….

DREAM events are great to watch I’ve always enjoyed the Japanese promotions (PRIDE included), and you have to love the GP

Yeah , these have been consistantly good shows . You get to see some cool fights and I like the ring aspect . Best production of any of the Organizations (special effects, backdrops etc).not to mention that they dont cancel alot of stuff or drop shows altogether . With a bit more push they have the size and stable to move up there with the ufc . I’d definately say they have the most talent at the lightweight division . The only true lightweight force in the UFC is BJ Penn and the rest kinda pale to these guys in DREAM(cavalcante, alvarez would do wicked in the UFC)Even the belts are the best …UFC second and the rest kinda suck .

  7. johnboy says:

u rate dream higher then the ufc???

is cro cop still in a contract with the ufc?

  8. johnboy says:

sorry i think u were talking about the belts my bad

  9. Dr Doom says:

Thats cool Johnboy.. yeah , the dream belts are wicked .check them out . Kinda ovalish with these cool wingish like pieces .But as far as talent in the lightweight division its all DREAM overUFC …now if they can only get afew more guys in the other weights . Paulo Philo ,vitor belfort ,roger gracie ,alexander emelianenko are just a few i’d like to see .Hell it’s Fedors favorite place … he would fit better in DREAM rather than the soon to be done AFFLICTION

  10. DolfanG says:

    Dr Doom,

I couldn’t agree more with you. They really know how to put on a fight. And that lady that announces the fighters is other-worldly. I didn’t even know it was a woman at first.

  11. Dr Doom says:

i wanna slap that b!tch and squeeze her a$$ at the same time .hahahaha

  12. Dr Doom says:

    Hey dolfang’

I am getting excited about this DREAM6 . REALLY <REALLLLY EXCITED ——- wooooooooooooooooo!!!

  13. Tennis Fan says:

I’m pissed about Kharitonov not fighting for a while; he should knock out that boxer, but be aware of the short left hook; why even bother: armbar him in the 2nd minute. Kharitonov is top 5 if he gets the right coaches to work with him. Crocop should fight Emelianenko on Jan.17 and then go to the UFC to fight Lesnar.

  14. iced liddell says:

Oh I pray Crocop fights fedor on the next aff. card.

But first he has to demolish the demolishion man (hopefully by left high kick).
