*yawn*
I want to pay double for this!
Sweet. Ended up being an incredible card. Nice job for a second effort. Third will likely be better with Fedor on the card…but this will do for now. Go Nelson go!
seems pritty week to me only fight ide want to see is the main event which if it was in the ufc wouldn’t be a main even lol
This again is a very good card! Hope the production is a little better than the first one.
Had Ortiz vs Babalu been on this card then the casual average MMA fan would think this card is much better.
theres 2 good fights on this card horodecki vs lauzon and barnett vs AA and only cuz i think the ufc was stupid to let AA go
this won’t get 100K PPV buys…..
While the main card has decent matchups, the Barnett/Arlovski fight is the only one that stirs up any excitement. I’ll wait for youtube.
I paid for the first card, not paying for this one. I’ll watch it at Hooters for free.
mmmmmmm…
only one good fight
Josh Barnett vs. Andrei Arlovski
Go A A.
this card is pathetic!!!
i wanna see dre back in the ufc now that we got brock n randy…
although he wouldn’t do much…he would make a great stepping stone for upcoming fighters!!!!
Horodecki vs. Lauzon is not a good match up. Chris will beat his a$$. Lauzon does not have good stand up skills at all.
There bare some fights on this card that sound interesting… Matt Lindland vs. Trevor Prangley and Chris Horodecki vs. Dan Lauzon both sound good in addition to the headliner. I’d also like to see Roy Nelson vs. Paul Buentello. I can’t figure out how Roy Nelson has so much stamina and performs so well with all that extra weight, but you have to give the guy credit… he keeps on doing well. I hope he evenyually moves up to the UFC if he keeps on winning.
OK… I’ll admit it… I am not a fan of just the UFC. I am a fan of MMA. The more promotions the better for me. To be honest, I’d rather see a Dream fight card than a UFC fight card. Dream really does a great job (except for the Aoki-JZ fight). The more promotions there are the more fighters that get a chance to show what they can do. I enjoy it all. Bring it on, Affliction!
Nelson and Buentello should sumo.
This is a card for addicts only….
KOuch,
That would be a better matchup.
Not bad, on par with a UFC card. I’m an AA addict, I’ll be watching. Gonzo, do they mark up the price for a pitcher of beer at the Hooters you go to?
I think Arlovski/Barnett could headline a UFC card. As long as Andrei comes into the match with his big beard and fangs mouthguard, I think he’ll crush Barnett.
As for the rest of the card …meh
from last month’s negotions I think Barnett is looking for his exit like Couture did. Dana should hire him before he does an Orson Wells like Ricco did.(See the Rumble on the Rock multipak).
Looks Pretty good, worth buying
Dana apparantly doesn’t want Barnett. Barnett tried to get back into the UFC recently… before he signed with Affliction… but they didn’t make him an offer he could consider, as I understand it.
It works for me. I hope dana White keeps rejecting top fighters for whatever reasons. We need more than just one promotion.
Oh please, AA vs Barnett is a better heavyweight match up than anything UFC has put on in years.
