Fedor EmelianenkoBlue Entertainment Sports Television (BEST – www.experienceBEST.com) today announced the signing of top ranked Russian MMA fighter Fedor Emelianenko within their Fight Sports/MMA division. The world’s undisputed top heavyweight fighter, Fedor will look to BEST for his various marketing and television deals. In addition, BEST is the US representative of M-1 Global and will assist the company in television, sponsorships and strategic partnerships as well as promoting other M-1 fighters. Fedor joins the likes of fellow fighter Houston Alexander as well as A-list athletes such as Andy Roddick, Rasheed Wallace and Reggie Bush.

“I have been blessed with great success in my career and I’m excited to work with another company that also as similar drive,” says Fedor Emelianenko. “BEST is leading the industry in innovative branding for their clients and I am confident that they will assist me in reaching the next level.”

if you want to take it to the next level come and fight in the ufc, most people think affliction is a joke so in my eyes that makes the fighters in affliction a joke, fedor is a jackass most english fans have not heared of him never mind see him fight, all he had to do was come to the ufc and win the uk fans over with his skills, sadley tho hes gone with affliction which we dont get to see, so to us hes just a jackass whos not in the top mma firm in the world which is the ufc!

if i hadn’t discovered this site i wouldn’t of even known the was another any other firm then the ufc just like most uk fans who dont come on the net, i no people that think if ur not in the ufc u haven’t made it, i can see were there coming from with that statement even tho if they said it on here they’d get bashed to hell and back, but the only mma show we see avertised on telly is the ufc so until the other firms can break that barrier most fans will not no any diffrent.

  2. rutdog says:

Ok, Johnboy you really make some good points, wait, no, not really. Let’s see, Fedor is making more money than he ever would in the UFC, check. Fedor is getting to take part in reality television that isn’t produced, owned, and advertised solely by and for the use by the UFC, check. Fedor has the opportunity to fight many HWs that he hasn’t already defeated many times (Big Nog), check. I have to say it is a shame that UK fans don’t know who Fedor is, but I guess that means they are probably not MMA fans anyway, but only UFC fans. AND, one more thing in the USA, we spell it know (not no).

  3. johnboy says:

look at u guys jump straight on the hardcore mma fan thing again u make me laugh, im not sayin i dont no who fedor is cause i no who he is, what im saying is the new fans who r getting into the ufc wont no who he is cause all we get over here is the ufc, so for fedor to make himself more known he should of gone to the ufc, its guys like u two y this sport will not grow as quickly as it should instead of bashing me u should of told me just who fedor is and what hes all about, but no try to make out ur hardcore mma fans to impress every1,

  4. gunslinger says:

wow so everyone is fighting over fedor…yaa!

  5. gunslinger says:

but whats with all the talk of fedor could beat lesnar man come on…i really think lesnar could beat him…i mean fedor cant armbar lesnar..not with gigantic shoulders..i would be a good fight!

  6. johnboy says:

ur a brave man saying that gun u will get hit with the hardcore mma fan thing soon good luck hope u dont get upset like i did ;)

  7. yzfoxracing says:

    GUNSLINGER:

its crazy to think that and people may think your nuts and smoking some good sh1t. but man i honestly think so to… brock is gonna be a champ soon and a dominate one… i didn’t like the fact that a wwe star was comin over to mma… but he has stepped up… and he can do his thang…

  8. johnboy says:

i also think brock will be very hard to stop, but again we still haven’t seen him get hit, but maybe hes that good that no1 can hit him, if brock can learn good ground an pound then he will be unstoppable his wrestling is world class he can take any1 down,

  9. Fr702 says:

Fedor is phenominal bottom line, and i think Finkelstein (however u spell it) is the reason that Fedor isnt in the UFC and the fact that i guess Dana doesnt want him to fight Combat Sambo…. if Finky and Fedor want to make their own show so be whynot if its only about the money that imo would be sad…. i do want to see Fedor fight Josh Barnett, and AA….. but unfortunately just like when he was in PRIDE and couldnt fight in the GP he hurt his hand sooo it will be awhile til we see him fight….

  10. yzfoxracing says:

well hes pulling bill goldberg with the spear… there really not technal take downs…. but your right he hasn’t been hit. he needs be able to advantage of the dominate positions were you didn’t feel he needed to with herring. but he need more technique in my opinion

  11. johnboy says:

i see this alot IMO what the hell does it mean/stand for???

  12. Fr702 says:

Brock is a beast agreed, i dont think he could take Fedor just yet perhaps in a year or two let Brock fight Kongo then if he beats him then let him get kicked in the head by CC then we shall see if he can take a kick or a punch or next bout for him perhaps should be against GG in Dec 8-)

  13. Fr702 says:

    In My Opionion~~JOHNBOY

  14. kouch says:

As an athlete this is good for Fedor and as MMA fans we should all be happy for his success. I don’t believer he is a sell out. What is a sell out anyway? Someone who succeeds and makes money?

  15. kouch says:

    John,

If Fedor “truly” loves to fight he will eventually be in the UFC. That is unless he makes so much money he no longer wishes to fight. Truth be told, Elite and Affliction will go out of business. They will……just wait and see…….

    Fedor/Brock 2015

  16. natedogg77 says:

The idea of a reality show is dumb. The winner get’s to fight the #1 heavy weight in the world? I feel sorry for him. That’s almost as bad as taking a TUF winner and putting right in there with Anderson Silva.

  17. gunslinger says:

just so everyone knows i was being sarcastic about the fedor/lesnar comment

  18. RJA says:

Bold statement gunslinger you are entitled to your opinion, but i think fedor would go through him quicker than you could spell emelienko.fedor has always fought smaller opponents.

  19. gunslinger says:

now that i think about it though i actually think brock would have a chance at beating fedor…..i used to think fedor was one of the fastest heavyweights but brock is like the flash..plus beating heath heering in his third fight ever…no fighter has ever done something to that caliber before!

  20. yzfoxracing says:

he has fought 7″5 giant guy… and submitted him

  21. johnboy says:

stick to your guns gunslinger brock could fight and beat anyone, dont belive me? watch his last fight!

  22. RJA says:

Kouch the problem with elite/affliction going under is not as much competion for ufc.Only reason we got to see the best fighter in the world for free[silva]is because affliction had there fight the same night. At least it seamed that way.You didn’t say weather you cared either way what’s your take, good or bad?

  23. gunslinger says:

yz fedor may have beatin 7″ 5′ guys before but they arent as big as lesnar in sheer size and width…i mean everyone at MFS said that his shoulders are so big you cant armbar him and his neck is so big you cant rnc him….plus did you hear the size gloves he wears XXXXL that crazy he has hams for hands…..i hate fedor always have and when he finally does lose again i will laugh at all the fedor fans…just as i was laughed at after james irvin was raped by silva!

  24. yzfoxracing says:

im with you on this one gunslinger… i think brock can beat him. tha guy is a beast. and i hate fedor too

  25. BRAVEHEART says:

Randy mite be a contestant lololol

  26. RJA says:

I’m amazed that you guys think lesner proved him self after 1 fight. Not to mention it was against herring and he didn’t even finish him.Do you possibly think he could keep fedor down the hole time? Not to mention the lack of experience.I respect your opinion, just seems a little out there.Maybe you should watch a few more fedor fights before you rush to judgement.

  27. RJA says:

WOW dabiz…i didn’t mean to put you on tilt. I did say i respect your opinion.

  28. The Rob says:

Brocks arms are too big. Ha. Fedor beat Zuluzinho and Hong Man-Choi in a combined 2:00. Nobody is too big for Fedor. If there’s honestly anyone here who thinks Brock would stand the slightest chance of winning this fight [any period in the next 3-4 years], give your head a shake. Eventually, yes, I do feel that Lesnar would have a chance, but this is the best p4p fighter in the entire world.

besides taking an illegal elbow and opening up a cut on the top of his head, fedor HAS NEVER LOST. Brocks wrestling is great, but his ground game is kind of missing….

I’m a huge Lesnar fan, but just because I love the UFC and respect that the best fighters in the world come to the UFC, it’s just not true regarding the HW division. Eventually, yes affliction will fold, and MAYBE one day, Dana will get a contract written up with Fedor, but I won’t hold my breath.

I think if I had to choose one fighter to go the rest of his career without a loss, I’d choose Fedor. I don’t think it will happen, but if there’s one guy that could do it, Fedor’s the man.

  29. RJA says:

OHHH sarcasm i get it…no i dont please give me the webster dictionary definition. So i don’t get YELLED at anymore.

  30. Dannyboy says:

Good for Fedor. I’m glad he didn’t sign some nazi UFC contract because he would be extremely limited in what he could do with his life. Do what you want Fedor. Kudos!
