“UFC All Access” To Feature Randy Couture

By: Kris Karkoski (admin) | Jul 25, 2007

The next episode of “UFC All Access”, hosted by Rachelle Leah, will feature current UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture. Although no specific date has been announced for the show it will air in the week leading up to his title fight at UFC 74 against Gabriel Gonzaga on August 25th.

In the past the show has featured Rich Franklin, Andrei Arlovski, Renato Sobral, Tito Ortiz, Matt Hughes, Chuck Liddell, Georges St. Pierre, Quinton Jackson, and Sean Sherk.

Couture is one of just 4 UFC Hall of Famers along with Dan Severn, Ken Shamrock, and Royce Gracie. “The Natural”, who won the heavyweight title from Tim Sylvia in March, is the most decorated fighter in UFC history holding both the UFC Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight titles a total of 5 times.

This episode, like past episodes, should take a close look at Couture’s everyday activities as well as his training regimen and preparation for his championship match.

“UFC All Access” joins “Countdown to UFC 74″ in building hype for the event as well as the UFC 74 weigh-ins which are expected to air live on ESPNEWS.

This is certainly one program to put in your diaries, All the UFC All Access programs are so informative, but to see how one of my favorite fighters Trains and eats will be so interesting.

  2. I agree Mark, this has all the makings of a great show and it will be interesting to see how he conditions and trains, especially to see what adaptations he makes for each opponent he faces.

I got all excited  and turned on my TV to check what time it was on and didn't see it scheduled.  I re-read the article and realized I got a month to go.  Grrr… thanks for the heads up!  I'll be in Vegas.. props to TIVO.
