Bantamweight Brad Pickett will make his Octagon debut on home soil when he’s scheduled to face Brazilian Renan Barao on the newly announced UFC 138 fight card on November 5 in Birmingham, England, according to The Telegraph.
Pickett (20-5) went 3-1 in the WEC after winning his final bout in the promotion over Ivan Menjivar in December following a loss to contender Scott Jorgensen, while Barao (26-1) successfully made his UFC debut over Cole Escovedo in May after a pair of WEC wins in 2010.
UFC 138 is headlined by the first five-round non-title fight between middleweight contenders Chris Leben and Mark Munoz.
