I also only missed the Cole Miller pick. Oh well, 81 will be much harder to pick IMO.
I also heard about Tito’s departure. I don’t think that it is a ploy. He said that L. Fratetta told him that he wasn’t worth anything to the company anymore. I think that it would be hilarious if he destroys Machida. He had the same thing going on last time his contract came up (he sent Vitor Belfort to the hospital) I think that the UFC is getting a little out off control with Dana’s “I am driving this ship!” attitude. Will he go down with the ship as well????

I went 8-1 on my picks last night. Lost the Miller vs Stephens fight but it was a toss up. Stephens is a tough kid. Also been ranked in the top 100 overall on all the cards in Fantasy so far. What does that mean? Absolutely nothing! haha

Would love an MMA network but it is still years away i am sure. Swick hasn’t fought in awhile and Burkman is no slouch at 170. I think he can make some noise, I would love to see if the AKA boys have to match up with each other at some point. Fitch, Koscheck, Swick.. you would think it’s gotta happen sooner or later..

I would LOVE to see a fight night or even a Pay Per View with Camp vs Camp….Top Team vs MFS, etc… that would be crazy!

Haven’t heard – but its ok, it prob just a ploy to get more money. I like Tito, but he needs to realize…he needs the UFC ..WAY more thant the UFC needs him…that class is unreal now and Tito is not as good as he once was… I dont even think Tito is top 10 to be honest. I might be leaving some out, but i rank these guys higher (in no order) chuck, rampage, rashad, Thiago Silva, Lyoto Machida, Forrest, Sho Gun, Dan Henderson (assuming he doesnt stay at middleweight), Wanderlei, and possibly even Sokoudjou .. but that could be a stretch… not trying to diss tito…just think he has lost a step

oh yea, dont get me wrong…i watch the show.. and yes, it is a great show…i just said the hosts suck….im not a name guy, but the bald guy.. holy crap is he annoying…i find myself turning the channel when he talks…i get that annoyed..they other guy is decent…i think if they replace them with rogan and someone..it would do it a world of difference!

Jason N. – I like a lot of what you’re saying, but Inside MMA is a great show, and is doing a lot for the sport. Until there is ANY OTHER SHOW like it, you’ve got to appreciate what they are trying to do.

I mean, come on – highlights from all over the world (literally!) and no commercials!

swick is a boring fighter yeah he wins but i just dont like the guy i went 7-9 on my picks last night losing the main event and the diaz robinson fight i was mad lastnight because of that but i did well for my ufc fantasy

Swick Looked awfull out there. Maybe one great head kick. Burkman was more active on his feet but should have quite trying to take swick down to the mat. I feel Burkman got robbed of the fight but I guess I was such a boreing fight that It could of gone either way. Burkman looked better than Swick though. I wanted to see Cory Hill fight but maybe on On Demand they will have the fight. Alberto crane is from my home town of Albuquerque and I was upset to see him loose with the exciting first round but gassed in the second. He needs to be more well rounded and work on his cardio. The rest of the fights were OK, Cote Finished Drew on his feet because Drew said that he could not. That should of shut him up. And my favorite fight was the Diaz fight with that beautiful Triangle Choke. WOW!!! Diaz is on a roll much like his brother used to be. He needs to keep up the great submissions.

not bad…i was terrible…i guess…i missed 3 last night…I picked Joe V to win over Hill just bc I wasn’t impressed by him – he is just this big tall skinny guy who didn’t look like he could handle a tough fighter, but I was wrong! The other 2 I missed were the Cole Miller and Nate Diaz fight. For the Cole one, that was just a guess – I hadn’t heard of his opponent, so I went with who I knew. As for Diaz, I should know better, but I wasn’t sold on him yet – still not, not saying he didnt impress me last night, bc he did, but he hasnt fought anyone good yet. I still think Manny wouldve beat him!

I will also agree that all the undercards would have been great as the Cole Miller and Corey Hill fights were ones I was really looking forward to. It’s not like Spike has that much original programming that they couldn’t have a 3 hour show. The reason that the fight nights aren’t shown overseas is because the American market is where the money is, it’s that simple. Oh yeah, let me just humbly say 8-1 in my picks last night, 6-3 at UFC 80; not to shabby.
