Thiago Silva (9-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) has been added to UFC 71 according to the most recent rumors on MMAWeekly.com. Silva is an undefeated mixed martial artist who is set to make his octagon debut in this fight. He packs strong hads stopping 7 of his fights with (T)KOs and winning the other two with a submission and decision respectively to keep his unblemished record. His opponent for UFC 71 is unknown.

Also according to MMAWeekly.com rumors, Jorge Gurgel has been moved from UFC 72 to UFC 73 in July. In an interview last month Gurgel commented that he would be fighting at one of the events but this seems to indicate it will in fact be on July 7th against an unknown opponent at UFC 73.
