Man I hope Cung Le kicks the **** out of Frank Shamrock.Even if he does, Shamrock will still keep his yap running. He just keeps going…..and going…..and going…..
I agree scotchy, it would be cool to see Frank get walloped for once, but this looks to be a tough one for both fighters. Frank has to worry about Le’s strikes, and Cung has to worry about the take down, which I’m assuming Frank will go for almost immediately.
excited for the WEC event in my home town. Hope to see some UFC stars from the Greg Jakson Camp attend. Mainly GSP if he is tranning in Albuquerque the week of the fight.
They should make Filho fight Sonnen on this again but Razor Rob fights are usually exciting Leonard Garcias fight with Huerta was sick so I want to see him at 145 and its free cant complain
Wasn’t he in Bloodsport?? Ohhh… that was Chong Li. Either way, Shamrock is getting his ass handed to him.
Le will be to quick and unpredictable for Shamrock to shoot in on. I think it will be a long round one with these fighters trying to feel eachother out. After that its whoever adapts to the others style quickest (I say Le).
Dan – you summarized my thoughts better than I could!
I agree with a few above comments that Frank Shamrock talks too much and needs to have his head torn off to shut him up. Since Cung Le is EXTREMELY intelligent, you can bet that he is working on his ground game, how to avoid being taken down and how to avoid submissions. I think he’ll kill Shamrock.
Frank does alot of talking and bragging like the old saying goes(an empty buggy makes a lot of noise). He has been able to back it up time and again.I think some of his loudness is due to advertising more of the fight. The more the uproar the more the ticket sales. It will be no more than any other mma fight, one winner one loser different faces.Everyone has forgotten about Tito and Kens uproars.Only thing this sport doesn’t have is Don King promoting it.
