Jeff Joslin Off UFC 84 Card
Canadian fighter Jeff Joslin will not be appearing on the UFC’s first-ever Canadian card slated for April in Montreal due to lingering injuries reports Scott White of TKOXtreme.
Joslin (5-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC) won the APEX Welterweight Championship in October of 2006 with a victory over Nuri Shakir. Joslin last fought in December of 2006 when he made his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 7 losing to Josh Koscheck via unanimous decision.
The rumored lineup for UFC 84 includes a welterweight title bout main event between Matt Serra and Georges St. Pierre and Rich Franklin versus Travis Lutter. Other rumored fighters who will appear on the card include Mauricio “Shogun” Rua, Jason MacDonald, Jonathan Goulet, and Sam Stout.

It’s very disappointing that Joslin won’t be healthy enough to appear on the card. Despite his record, Joslin is one of the most underrated guys in the division.
