Accomando, I believe the PPV numbers that get released (while usually "unofficial") reflect only the United States.

Looks like Hatton/Mayweather did even better on the PPV buys in Britian....

"...The Sun is reporting that Saturday’s Hatton-Mayweather fight is estimated to have done around 900,000 buys on Sky PPV, shattering the previous record of 750,000 buys set by Tyson-Lewis in 2002..."

When the UFC counts its PPV buys, do they include all of the PPV's bought, regardless of country?

I do wonder how much money the UFC is making overseas; or if it is completely operating in the red, not even making a profit.

Dana has said he was going to expand in key areas in 2008 and beyond. Canada, Europe (i.e. Germany), Japan, South America, Mexico and other Latin markets. This is a positive move for the UFC. The 2 key demographics that the UFC needs to expand in (especially in the USA) are the 2 large boxing demos (African American and Latin markets).
