Cody McKenzie In Against Yves Edwards at UFC Fight for the Troops 2

Cody McKenzieFresh off his successful UFC debut on Saturday, The Ultimate Fighter 12′s Cody McKenzie will fight for the second time in as many months when he faces Yves Edwards at “UFC Fight Night 23: UFC Fight for the Troops 2″ on Jan. 22 at Fort Hood, Texas, according to MMAjunkie.

McKenzie replaces fellow lightweight Melvin Guillard, who was pulled from his matchup with Edwards on Monday to replace an injured Kenny Florian against Evan Dunham in the main event of the Spike-televised card.

McKenzie (12-0) remained undefeated with his tenth-straight guillotine win over fellow castmember Aaron Wilkinson at The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale, while Edwards (39-16-1) topped John Gunderson in his return to the UFC in September.
