Umm, maybe not, no disrespect intended.
Getting to the top of the UFC 185 food chain seems like a longshot for a guy who hasn’t exhibited a lot of wrestling ability in the cage and competes in a weightclass with guys like Aaron Simpson, Mark Munoz and Chael Sonnen, don’t you think?
Plus his brownbelt in Bjj isn’t going to help him much on the mat against guys like Demian Maia or Rousimar Palhares.
Finally, I haven’t seen anything to date out of Sakara that Wanderlei Silva couldn’t handle, let alone Anderson assuming that he’s still goldholding if and when Sakara earned a shot…
I know its long shot but, I’m biased My family immigrated from Rome so I tend to think very highly of “legionarious”

Alessio has been winning fights but he is nowhere near a title shot. If he does indeed win most likely he will get winner of munoz vs simpson & lose lol. I had no idea sakara was in the ufc for as long as he has been, this dude has been ko’d in the octagon so many time its amazing he has been able maintained such a ufc career.
Actually hes only been TKOd and the leben fight was more of a slip than his chin failing. Besides hes been looking good and shown a lot of improvements since training with American top team
