The Ultimate Fighter 6 Finale: Dan Barrera vs. Ben Saunders
The Ultimate Fighter 6 castmembers Dan Barrera and Ben Saunders will clash next weekend on the main card of The Ultimate Fighter 6 Finale according to Five Ounces of Pain. The pair participated in a controversial fight in the sixth episode of this season. The close battle was expected to go to a third and decisive round but Saunders was awarded a majority decision victory. The surprise win resulted in a three-round rematch being booked for the live portion of the series finale next weekend.
The current rumored card for the event includes seven bouts meaning two bouts for the event are still not known but are likely to include the losing semifinalists from next weeks episode.

im curious to see how Dan fights without the injury. He has the potential to be a top welterweight. I think if he had a little better technique….he would have won TUF.

There’s a reason War Machine was a replacement and not in the initial 16. He didn’t do much on the show to garner much support and I look forward to him losing. I hope we only see his fight as a filler at the end.
there’s no way koppenhaver was the worst guy in the house. forget all the drama bullsh*t. the guy does have some skills. don’t be surprised to see him get the win over rollins.
koppenhaver really impressed me. I may be crazy, but if he worked on his ground game for the next year or so, he could be a force. The reason he probably wasn’t in the original 16 is because he didn’t make Dana laugh (Blake), and didn’t train with BJ or some other big name (Troy). Therefore it was assumed, incorrectly that he wouldn’t be any good. He rocked Speers and then almost submitted him. You saw how hard the dude is to submit by his fight with Saunders. Koppenhaver might be really good one day, and what the hell did Rollins show you? He looked worst against George than Richie did. Koppenhaver is going knock his block off, fast. You’ll see.
John Koslosci is the replacement for Speers in next weeks episode.
i dont like this event at all
The fight I’m looking forward to most is Roman Mitichyan and Dorian. I have wanted to see Roman fight since he said he was trying out for the show.
H_d I agree that War Machine has upside. We’ll see how seriously he took his training since the show stopped taping. That’s always a surprise when they do the finale and you see which guys have stepped it up a notch since the last taped episodes.
Yeah, if he got with a good camp and really tryed, he could impress a lot of people. I hope he did. Still can’t wait to see Roman.
