Dustin Hazelett Returns to Lightweight vs. Mark Bocek at UFC 124

Following back-to-back losses at welterweight, Dustin Hazelett will look to avoid a likely UFC release when he returns to 155-pounds in a matchup with fellow lightweight Mark Bocek at “UFC 124: St-Pierre vs. Koscheck 2″ on December 11 in Montreal, Cage Potato reports.

After winning 5 of his last 6 UFC fights over the likes of Jonathan Goulet, Josh Burkman, and Tamdan McCrory, Hazelett (12-6) has struggled so far this year with knockout losses to Paul Daley and Rick Story.

Bocek (8-3) earned “Submission of the Night” over Joe Brammer in December for his third-straight win, but the Canadian dropped a unanimous decision to Jim Miller in his most-recent outing in March.

The UFC 124 fight card is headlined by welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre vs. Josh Koscheck and is also rumored to include Thiago Alves vs. John Howard.
