They actually have a really good card, I was almost inclined to drive from Dallas to see this one…but I’ll wait until the UFC comes to the new Cowboys stadium lol

i too am waiting for UFC to come to the cowboys stadium. went to 103 at AAC was a blast.

i find it weird that there is a championship bought on the pre lim card haha

Someone in a discussion the other day brought up the pre-lim championship fight and made a good point…do you know either of those fighters fighting in that Featherweight Championship fight? I among many others do not…but many know at least 1/2 fighters in every fight thats on the main card. so it will draw a bigger crowd to shove that champ fight down as silly as it may originally seem

I sort of originally went back and forth on opting in for this event.
While I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years supporting MMA in all its forms, I had a hard time specifically supporting an org that would give Paul Daley the time of day, let alone a main card fight.
Ultimately I decided that the greater good is being served by my support, so I’m in.
After all, for years I’ve supported orgs like Elite XC and later Strikeforce, who does business with M-1 Global.
If I’m willing to support an org doing business with M-1 Global, then the least I can do is throw my support behind Shark Fights, as I view Paul Daley as a FAR lesser evil in MMA than M-1 Global…

The cardinal sin, failing to make weight. Shame on you Paul

This is a better card than what UFC is putting up for that show in Germany.

I disagree. Okami vs. Belfort is a clear #1 contender’s battle and there are a few other fights on the card (Matsushenko, Kris McCrae, Dennis Siver) that have potential for fireworks.

I’ll give you the fact that Shark Fights has done a good job with their signings, but don’t forget that all of their fighters are out of the UFC because they couldn’t handle the elite fighters in the UFC (besides Daley)

It’s always the cards that people complain about that end up being the most fun to watch

What happened with Drew? I Dont see him on the card. Must of had a late injury.
