King Mo vs. Feijao, Kennedy vs. Jacare Likely for “Strikeforce: Houston”

Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal is expected make his first title defense against Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante in the main event of “Strikeforce: Houston” on August 21.
Middleweight contenders Tim Kennedy and Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza are also being targeted to meet at the Showtime-televised event, according to Mauro Ranallo, though it has yet to be revealed if the bout will be for the 185-pound title recently vacated by Jake Shields or part of a planned tournament to crown a new middleweight champion.
The “Strikeforce: Houston” fight card is also rumored to include KJ Noons vs. Jorge Gurgel.
