Josh Burkman has confirmed his match against Karo Parisyan at UFC 71 via his myspace site:

Not sure if Burman didn’t get the note or if the UFC has changed their mind but last we knew this event was going to be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, not Mandalay Bay and it still says MGM on UFC.com.
