M-1 has a much more open approach and the UFC is more strict in terms of letting fighters in other promotions so I think if they fight (barring Randy getting out of his contract with the UFC) it will take place in the octagon. Most important to UFC fans is this contract is not exclusive to M-1 meaning he could still potentially fight Fedor in the UFC. The contract also provides up to $2 million to make that fight happen. It's a long shot but the contract makes it possible. I once read that Cuban wanted to start his own fight production company airing fights from the HDnet channel. I believe he put one show on already but I could be wrong. I find this interesting considering the rumors of Cuban being involved with M-1, the company Fedor signed with. I love Couture and believe he wanted to fight Fedor but it's looking like a money thing to me. I believe he wants to fight the best but money is bigger to Couture at this point in his career.
