“Strikeforce: Heavy Artillery” Weigh-In Results: Overeem, Rogers Set for Main Event

Brett Rogers and Alistair OvereemStrikeforce heavyweight champ Alistair Overeem and challenger Brett Rogers successfully made weight on Friday for their showdown in the main event “Strikeforce: Heavy Artillery” on Saturday in St. Louis, Missouri.

Returning to the promotion for the first time since claiming the title two-and-a-half years ago, Overeem weighed in at 253 pounds, while Rogers tipped the scale at 264.

The rest of the Showtime-televised main card also made weight without issue.
