Cris “Cyborg” Justino has been calling on the UFC to book her a bout, and now it’s being reported the featherweight star’s current deal will expire in October.
Recently “Cyborg” turned to social media to demand that the UFC table her a bout, or “release” her. More recently, however, sources have told MMA Fighting that Justino has two fights left on her current UFC deal, but that the contract expires this October.
The story also says that the UFC is working on booking a bout between “Cyborg” and featherweight champ Germaine de Randamie for July 29th. The fight, however, has not been finalized.
“Cyborg” hasn’t fought since September when she stopped Lina Lansberg in a 140 pound, catchweight bout.
