Jimi Manuwa, and his ridiculously heavy hands, made sure he remains in the title shot mix yesterday, by taking out Corey Anderson in the opening round.
The light-heavyweight contenders battled in the headliner of UFC Fight Night 107, and Manuwa buzzed the London crowd and then some, by scoring a walk-off, KO win.
After the emphatic victory, Manuwa spoke with UFC cameras backstage. While doing so, the British fighter discussed how the stoppage went down, and Manuwa also made it clear he wants to face the winner of Daniel Cormier -Anthony Johson. “DC” will be looking to defend the 205 crown on April 8th.
