DirecTV: Liddell to Fight Silva in December

According to a page on the DirecTV website Chuck Liddell will indeed face Wanderlei Silva in December at the recently announced UFC 79: Nemesis:

There goes their big announcement though it will still surprise the majority of fans I believe.

So is this the real deal, or did direct tv just F#$! UP? I think Chucks going to get his ass kicked, but if not, he gets right back on top(fan wise anyways) I did order the 3 fight package and got my video, tapout beannie, and 1 yr. UFC Fight Club membership yesterday. I order them all anyhow, so thought I’d get the freebees. Nice to see you getting some notice out there Kris. Good work.
unfortuantely i’ve seen this mastake before where whey entered a rumored fight that didn’t end up getting signed. no way does Dana White let someone else steal his glory of making this announcement.
