Dustin Poirier was visibly in pain as a result of damage his leg absorbed at UFC 208, but the good news is the lightweight didn’t incur any broken bones.
Poirier took on fellow vet Jim Miller at the event, and the two went to war and then some. Miller fired plenty of hard kicks at Poirier’s legs, and it was obvious the latter was hurting as a result.
Well, following his decision win, Poirier posted the following update on Twitter:
I'm ok no broken bones. Just a lot of pain and swelling https://t.co/rO2QZJNMN1

Poirier was coming off a KO loss to Michael Johnson in September. Prior to that the 28 year-old had won eight straight.
