UFC lightweights Dennis Siver and Spencer Fisher will both look to rebound from recent losses as they face off against one another at the finale event for Season 11 of “The Ultimate Fighter” at the Pearl at the Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 19, according to MMAMania.
Fisher was last in action at UFC 104 in October where he lost to Joe Stevenson via submission due to elbow strikes. Prior to the loss, Fisher had been on a three fight winning streak including wins over Jeremy Stephens, Shannon Gugerty, and Caol Uno. Fisher had been booked to face Duane Ludwig at “UFC on Versus 1″ but was forced to withdraw due to injury.
Siver dropped a unanimous decision to Ross Pearson in his last outing at UFC Fight Night 21 on March 31. In his previous four fights, Siver had finished all of his opponents, two via submission and two by TKO. His bout with Pearson earned “Fight of the Night” honors, and his two most recent TKOs both garnered “Knockout of the Night” recognition.
