Several months after it was announced that Brock Lesnar had failed drug tests tied to UFC 200, the Nevada Commission has announced it’s disciplinary actions for the pro-wrestling star.
Lesnar was flagged this past summer for the anti-estrogenic agent Hydroxy-clomiphene, following his decision win over Mark Hunt on July 9th. Now MMA Fighting is reporting that the Nevada Commission has suspended Lesnar for one year, and fined him 10% of the purse he collected for the fight. That amounts to $250,000.
So, if Lesnar does intend to fight in the Octagon again, the 39 year-old heavyweight won’t be eligible until July, 2017. It will be interesting to see if we ever see the powerful wrestler fight again.
