UFC 112 Weigh-In Results: Silva, Maia, Penn, and Edgar All Make Weight

Anderson SilvaAll twenty-two fighters scheduled for tomorrow’s “UFC 112: Invincible” hit the scale Friday at the Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi, UAE to weigh-in for the pay-per-view event, which will take place at the outdoor “Concert Arena” in nearby Ferrari World on Yas Island.

Middleweight champ Anderson Silva tipped the scales at 185 pounds, while his main event opponent Demian Maia weighed in one pound less at 184 pounds. Lightweight champ BJ Penn weighed in at 155 pounds for his title defense against Frankie Edgar, who tipped the scale at 154 pounds.

The rest of the UFC 112 card also made weight, including MMA legends Matt Hughes and Renzo Gracie.
