It’s a pivotal scrap for both middleweights. Old school fans have been familiar with Marquardt for a long time, as several years back, he was one of the planet’s best 185’ers. But, in more recent years, the vet has struggled, and has gone 2-3 in his last five bouts.
McCrory, meanwhile, recently returned to the UFC after a long hiatus from the organization and the Octagon. “The Barn Cat” returned to the UFC last December, and submitted Josh Samman. But, this past June, he was quickly KO’d by Krzysztof Jotko.
