Several weeks ago, Dana White denied that the UFC is up for sale, but the story is not going away. In fact, according to a new report, the promotion has received two bids to buy it in the $4 billion dollar range…
In May, it was reported that several big money interests were trying to acquire the UFC. White, however, denied the reports, but said the promotion may be looking for new partners.
On Thursday, ESPN.com reported sources have informed the outlet that the UFC has recevied two bids for around $4 billion. The final bidders are reportedly China Media Capital and WME-IMG, in conjunction with Dalian Wanda Group. The bids are to buy the entire promotion, not just a minority stake.
