Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic vs. Anthony Perosh

Round 1 – Cro Cop presses forward early and launches the first of his trademark headkicks, which Perosh blocks. Perosh shoots for a takedown, but Cro Cop stuffs it and unloads with some hammer fists before the pair stand. Cro Cop tags Perosh with a combo that sends him backpedaling, then connects with a few more shots. They clinch briefly, then separate and Cro Cop continues to press forward. Cro Cop follows Perosh, who is bleeding from his nose, to the ground and briefly ground and pounds before standing and allowing Perosh to do the same. Cro Cop lands a body kick then tags Perosh with a left, prompting him to shoot but Cro Cop sprawls again. A late combo by Cro Cop closes out the round. scores the round for Cro Cop 10-9.

Round 2 – Cro Cop again moves forward with punches to start the second. Perosh shoots but Cro Cop keeps the fight standing. Another body kick by Cro Cop lands, then Perosh counters with inside leg kicks before getting stuffed on another takedown try. Cro Cop pounds away with punches from the top, then moves the fight back to the feet. Perosh clinches, but quickly separates. Perosh finally gets Cro Cop into his guard, but he immediately opens up a gash with an elbow from the top that immediately pours blood. The fight is stopped to look at the cut and appears close to a stoppage, but Perosh opts to continue. Cro Cop quickly downs him at the restart and unloads punches on the ground, but is unable to finish him before the end of the round. scores the round for Cro Cop 10-9.

After the round, the fight is stopped as a result of the cut, awarding “Cro Cop” the TKO victory.

Keith Jardine vs. Ryan Bader

Round 1 – Bader connects with a hook to open the action and lunges into the clinch. They separate quickly and Bader tags Jardine on the way out, then lands another combo. Bader remains aggressive and moves forward with punches, while Jardine is left to counter. Bader gets a takedown and goes to work from Jardine’s guard. Jardine neutralizes, but Bader breaks free and keeps pressure on with ground and pound while looking to pass. Bader continues to grind away from the top with short elbows, but the fighters stand back up. Punch and kick land before the end of the frame for Jardine. scores the round for Bader 10-9.

Round 2 – Bader misses with a combo following a leg kick, then Jardine fires back with a hard leg kick. Bader shoots but Jardine stuffs it then lands a knee to the body in the clinch before Bader separates. Bader tries for another takedown, but Jardine defends and this time it’s Bader landing knees before they split. Jardine looks to counter as Bader moves in, but Bader stays back, forcing Jardine to move forward and he connects with a punch. Bader catches a Jardine kick, but he’s unable to turn it into a takedown and Jardine lands an overhand right. Bader slips on a kick but scrambles back to his feet, then gets a late takedown before the horn sounds. scores a closer second round for Jardine 10-9.

Round 3 – Little connecting for Bader and Jardine early in the third, then Bader shoots for another takedown but Jardine stops it. Bader presses for another takedown and Jardine catches him with a kick, but Bader presses and gets the takedown. Jardine quickly back on his feet and fires kicks. Bader hurts Jardine with a right, presses forward with a flying knee then finishes Jardine with a left.

George Sotiropoulos vs. Joe Stevenson

Round 1 – Sotiropouslos and Stevenson both swinging to start the fight, but little connects. Sotiropoulos looks for an early takedown, but Stevenson sprawls. Stevenson winds up on bottom and Sotiropoulos gets to half guard, but Stevenson holds him there and does a good job tying him up from the bottom. Stevenson looks to escape, but Sotiropoulos keeps him on the ground then stands and throws punches, but Stevenson connects with an upkick. Stevenson tries to scramble away, but is stopped and instead grabs an arm triangle but is unable to lock it in. Sotiropoulos gets mount and Stevenson is forced to scrable and Sotiropoulos dominates on the ground until the end of the round, first trying for a kimur and armbar before ending in mount again. scores the round for Sotiropoulos 10-9.

Round 2 – Stevenson moving in with punches and inside leg kicks, but Sotiropoulos counters, tagging him with a punch and continues to land combos. Stevenson gets a takedown, but quickly loses top control as Sotiropoulos goes to work on an omoplata then sweeps into side control. Stevenson scrambles back to his feet and gets a single leg into guard. The pair continue to try for subs, as Sotiropoulos goes for an armbar and anaconda, while Stevenson tries for an ankle lock but neither are successful as the second round ends. scores the round for Sotiropoulos 10-9, putting him up on our card 20-18.

Round 3 – Sotiropoulos presses forward with punches to open the third. Stevenson fires a kick, but Sotiropoulos checks it and takes the first to the ground. Stevenson goes for a guillotine, but is unsuccessful and returns to his feet then trips him from the clinch but Sotiropoulos is briefly on top before both stand back up. Stevenson shoots, Sotiropoulos sprawls, then Stevenson shoots again and presses Sotiropoulos against the cage before picking him up and dropping him to the ground and heading into half guard. Sotiropoulos gets back to guard, catches Stevenson with an upkick, then scrambles away. Stevenson quickly takes him down again and presses him to the fence, but is unable to do anything from the top before the round ends. scores the round for Stevenson 10-9, but gives the fight to Sotiropoulos 29-28.

Michael Bisping vs. Wanderlei Silva

Round 1 – Silva and Bisping miss with kicks to start the matchup. Both fighters holding their hands high looking for an opening. Silva goes high with a kick that’s blocked, then goes low with a body kick. Bisping grabs Silva and takes him down, but he’s immediately back on his feet. Bisping drags him back down and Silva stands again, then they separate. Bisping mixing up his punches, but little connects. Another takedown for Bisping, but Silva stands immediately and moves forward with punches. Bisping and Silva circling, low kick by Bisping followed by a body shot for Silva. Silva throwing leg kicks, then finds an opening for a combo. Silva backs away from a right by Bisping. Silva breaks through with a combo, then tags him in the closing seconds and pours on punches that have Bisping backing away before the bell. scores a close round for Bisping 10-9.

Round 2 – Bisping and Silva circle, then Silva fires a leg kick. Silva grabs a kick and trips Bisping to the ground and follows into his guard. Bisping tries to control Silva then looks for an armbar, while Silva unleashes some ground and pound. Silva stands then lands a good knee to the body as they separate. Silva pressing forward with punches that occasionally sneaks through. Bisping ducks a punch, picks Silva up, and drops him to the canvas, but Silva stands again and connects as they separate. More body and leg kicks by Silva, then he pushes forward with more punches. Bisping shoots and gets another takedown, but Silva has a guillotine. It’s tight, but Silva’s unable to finish Bisping before the round ends. gives the second to Silva 10-9, evening the fight at 19-19.

Round 3 – Silva opens with low kicks while avoiding Bisping’s punches. Bisping shows a flying knee but abandons it. Silva gets through with a right, then a left, but a hook misses. Bisping catches Silva in the groin with a low kick, but they quickly restart. More kicks by Silva, followed by punches. Bisping shoots but Silva sprawls. Silva continues to sneak through punches, but can’t find an opening for a big right. Another takedown try by Bisping is stopped, then Bisping catches Silva in the eye and the fight is halted again. Both fighters connect, then Silva picks up the pace and lands a straight right. Silva catches a kick and trips Bisping down, but he scrambles back up. Silva closes distance in the closing seconds and drops Bisping with a right and follows it up with several more punches on the ground, but Bisping is saved by the bell. scores the fight for Silva 10-9, and has him winning the fight 29-28.

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Cain Velasquez

Round 1 – Nogueira opens with a combo that connects. Velasquez fires back with a leg kick then connects with a left. Another leg kick for Velasquez, followed by a combo that finds its mark then more leg kicks. Velasquez picks Velasquez apart on the feet and mixes it up with a hard knee and more leg kicks. Velasquez drops Nogueira with a right, then unloads with punches on the ground and the fight is stopped.
