It appears as though Jon Jones‘ highly anticipated rematch with Daniel Cormier will go head, following the fighter’s hearing today at a New Mexico court.
Jones appeared in court today after being arrested earlier this week, for breaking the conditions of his probation. The former light-heavyweight champ was recently cited for several traffic related violations.
According to a follow up report from MMA Fighting.com, Jones has received an additional 60 hours of community service, as a result of the latest incident. In addition, he has been ordered to attend anger management and driving improvement courses.
The 28 year-old is currently on probation due to charges stemming from a hit-and-run incident in 2015.
Jones is scheduled to rematch Cormier on April 23rd at UFC 197 in Las Vegas.
