UFC 196 will go down this Saturday, and it will mark the first time Holly Holm has fought, since she took the bantamweight title from Ronda Rousey in November.
The newly crowned champ and vaunted striker will battle perennial contender, Miesha Tate, who is coming off a UD win over Jessica Eye last July. It’s a compelling fight, and the consensus seems to be that Tate will need to take the fight down, in order to a secure a victory.
In advance of the bout, the UFC has released an “Inside The Octagon” segment for it, featuring Dan Hardy. If you haven’t watched one of these yet, and enjoy technical breakdowns of fights, you need to change that fact.
