Michael Bisping

Michael Bisping has his next fight, and it’s fellow middleweight contender Gegard Mousasi.

The UFC has announced that a bout between the two will headline UFC FN 83, which will take place in London, England.

Bisping (27-7) will be looking to extend his winning streak to three, as the British fighter is coming off decision wins over Thales Leites and CB Dollaway. Prior to that “The Count” was submitted y Luke Rockhold.

Mousasi (37-6-2) was taken out by Uriah Hall in his last scrap, after he scored consecutive wins over Dan Henderson and Costas Philippou.

Currently Mousasi is ranked #9 in the middleweight division and Bisping is #7.

The UFC has also confirmed that Mike Wilkinson(9-1) will take on Makwan Amirkhani (12-2) that night, and that Norman Parke (22-4-1) will throw down with Rustam Khabilov (17-3).

So, there you have it. One could infer by this announcement that Anderson Silva – Vitor Belfort II is even more likely. There was talk about Silva fighting Bisping, but more recently the word is “The Spider” will take on “The Phenom” for a second time.
