Following Vancouver’s approval of MMA for a two-year trial run in December, the UFC will host UFC 115 at the 19,000-seat GM Place in the Canadian city on June 12, according to MMAjunkie.
Though no matchups or fighters are currently rumored for the card, Georges St-Pierre could fight at the event pending his upcoming matchup with Dan Hardy at UFC 111 in March.

unless GSP gets out of 111 without a scratch he wont be fighting in 115 with a mere 2 months to train and prepare i dont see it happening… which sucks because there are not too many canadian fighters that could draw a crowd like GSP… the only other canadian id want to see fight is sam stout…
i think a good fighter to appear in Vancouver would be anderson silva… it would be good to see him live dance around his opponent
What about the Predator ? He has some drawing power.
I am hearing Chuck vs Tito 3…
Vancouver is an awesome party town.
I can’t imagine how much better a trip up there would be by hitting a UFC event.
I’d also be fine with Dana moving GSP-Hardy to this card. The Canadian fans wold blow the roof off of the place, and it would go a long way towards getting my a$$ north of the border again…
;)
Vancouver is known as a party town??? In what world? I am born and raised here and as beautiful as it is it is like a police state when it comes to ANY kind of party!!!!
I was born and raised in Vancouver to. It is known to locals as “no-fun city”. They kicked out CART Racing because the upper crust found it too noisy and they’ll surely kick out MMA after some idiot smashes a window after the event. So if you want to see a UFC in Vancouver you better get tickets to the first one.
