“Looking forward to Rashad getting kotf’d again”
me too dude…me too :D
nope, i think evans will whupp thiago…
Just as an FYI, Rashad Evans wouldn’t be appearing on a free-per-view so close to the end of a TUF season wherein he coached…
here is how the card looks so far: http://www.ufc.com/index.cfm?fa=eventDetail.Home&eid=2533

looking forward to seeing semtex ko hazelett
me too dude, me too :D
WHAT?! I want McLovin’ to KO Daley! Haha, sike. But I think a good Sub is in order! Jazz…SFIITB!
that’s right Lex415!
i like mclovin too, so it’s hard to pick daley. I honestly just want daley to whoop on swick or koscheck.
Some good fights on this card but it for sure lacks a main event. I agree its more of a Spike card than a PPV card but this is supposed to be their big event of the year so no way they do that.
I think 108 is a either a case of Dana White GREATLY overestimating the popularity of Rashad Evans and the conspicuous consumption of the MMA fanbase, or 108 is a case of the UFC being stuck between a rock and a hard place with all of the injuries and such, and just dealing with it as best as they are able.
I’m almost positive that the buyrates will be in the sh!tter for 108, when you factor in the weak economy and the holiday season, so if Dana is thinking this is a PPV-worthy effort, he’ll be getting a wake-up call once the numbers hit his desk with a whimper.
Truthfully there are fewer and fewer fans like myself, who simply buy almost every UFC PPV they don’t attend, regardless of who is on the card, and more and more fans carefully spending their money and opting out of what they catagorize as sh!t fights and lame main events.
Personally I think this event is worth the $55, but your MMA mileage may vary…
good stuff dude.
i think it has more to do with all the injuries and this being a last minute matchup. Rashad isn’t even that famous or known by the casual mma fans.
I buy every single ppv too. I just can’t miss one! This is decent card imo and I think i don’t mind the main event not being a title match because i he11a want to see my boy thiago silva whoop on “sugar”.
no way will thiago win. i give rashad 2 rounds tops to whupp thiago.
Rashad wins by TKO by ground n pound round 2.
I got Rashad going to sleep via KO in the 1st IMO!
i agree, i think rashad will own thiago. second or third round…
im looking more foreward to seeing the lauzon vs stout fight than rashad “sucralose” evans getting cream by Thiago silva…
i think sam and joe are gonna put on a slugfest and its gonna get fight of the night
