Every few months the UFC makes multiple cuts to the roster, and in the last couple of days, several fighters have reported they’ve been released.
After losing consecutive fights to Jimmie Rivera and Cody Garbrandt, Brimage recently tweeted out:
Got my pink slip today, I was a pleasure working for @UFC, don't worry I'll be back!!!

The featherweight joined the UFC back in 2011 for TUF 14, and Brimage proceeded to go 4-4 in official Octagon bouts.
Gordon, meanwhile, won the TUF 19 competition last year by stopping Dhiego Lima, but has lost three straight. The middleweight is also reporting he’s been cut.

Recently Matt Van Buren, Christos Giagos, Chris Clements and Roger Narvaez have also reportedly announced they’ve been cut.
