UFC 78: David Terrell vs. Ed Herman
David Terrell will be returning to the octagon in November to face Ed Herman at UFC 78 in New Jersey.
Terrell has been a professional MMA fighter since 1999 but has fought just 8 times over the span winning 6 of his bouts. By defeating Matt Lindland at UFC 49 in his UFC debut Terrell received a shot at the vacant middleweight title against Evan Tanner at UFC 51 in early 2005. Despite a strong display early in the first round Terrell lost the bout by TKO late in the first. He returned to the UFC more than a year later to defeat Scott Smith by submission at UFC 59 but has not fought since.
Herman holds a 13-5 MMA record. He appeared on the third season of The Ultimate Fighter fighting his way to the finals where he was defeated by Kendall Grove. Despite the loss his performance earned him a UFC contract. In his first fight after the finale he was defeated by Jason MacDonald but hs bounced back with wins over Chris Price and Scott Smith in his last two UFC bouts.

i got terrell to win this on for sure
Hell Yeah! I wondered when he was going to get back in there. Hopefully, he will be a regular after this appearance.
Terrell will be the favorite to win, but I think Herman has a chance of pulling off the upset. Terrell is a very big Middleweight and has to cut a lot of weight. He has been injured numerous times and has said from cutting so much weight; it is the big reason he gets either sick or injured. I want Herman to win, but I think Terrell will be too much. Who do you got on this one Kris?
kool i would like 2 see herman win this fight
I like Terrell to win, but Herman could shock people. I just don’t think he has what it takes just yet. Give him a few years.
