Weekend Results: Junie Browning Victorious in Return, Trevor Prangley Wins Shark Fights Title

Former UFC lightweight Junie Browning returned to action on Saturday, fighting for the first time since being cut by the UFC in October following a highly-publicized hospital rampage, defeating Scott Cornwell via first-round triangle choke submission in the main event of “MMA Big Show: Onslaught” in Florence, Indiana.After his win, Browning took to the mic to talk to the crowd: “I try to come out here and put on a show. If you don’t like it, then f*** ya’ll!” said Browning, according to ProMMA.info. “Ladies, after this I want two lines: one for sucking and and one for f******.”- Veteran Trevor Prangley, a former UFC and Strikeforce fighter, won the Shark Fights light heavyweight title on Saturday, defeating Marcus Sursa with a first-round rear naked choke in the Shark Fights 7 headliner in Amarillo, Texas.
- Former UFC heavyweight champion Ricco Rodriguez, who is expected to soon drop down to light heavyweight, defeated Sengoku veteran Moise Rimbon by split decision on Friday in Russia.
- “The Ultimate Fighter 4″ castmember and veteran lightweight Rich Clementi improved to 2-1 since being cut by the UFC earlier this year with a second-round submission of Chris Stringer on Sunday in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

What a numbskull. He has to know that the UFC is still keeping an eye on him. Running is mouth like that is only reaffirming the UFC’s decsion to cut him. If he pulls his head out of his *** and started showing some class, he might eventually be able to work his way back into the UFC.
Looks like Browning is following in War Machine’s footsteps, who incidentally could be spending some time behind bars in the not too distant future.

He is an individual with a lot of emotional and self worth issues. However over the weekend he “allegedly” went on a rampage at the birthday party for one of his new co-workers and slugged around eight people, including his porn-industry manager, was arrested and posted bail.
I hope someone was there to distribute “safety” devices to anyone who lined up.
If anyone got in that line, they deserve the consequences as a “stupid tax.”

It should have been 2 lines one for pi**ing and one for sh***ing. This guy won’t be fighting for anybody if he keeps acting like that. Sponsors no matter how small the promation is will pull there spots and money. We just had the Black Gold promotion Midwest Meltdown this past weekend and there quite of few familiys there with the yung’uns.
I feel that he realizes the big show is behind him, and shooting his mouth off is the only way to keep in the headlines and stay even remotely relevant. (see TO, Deion, Keyshawn)

That’s true..but at some point in your life, you need to grow up and figure out how to be a productive member of society, or prepare for a life in and out of jail.
That said, I’d rather play with the Colbert Interview Simulator than see another one of his fights.
Seriously tho he keeps shooting his mouth off and doing the likes of T.O and company and he will have some reality show watch by millions of tweens who find his sad devil may care attitude appealing

I really can’t believe Junie would go and do something like this. I was on the frontline defending his obvious mental issues in the recent past, but this is just ridiculous. If you’re of a right mind to decisively win a fight, then you’re of a right mind to know what comes out your mouth. I think Junie needs a little more than help at this point.

i like junie but theres no need to act like he does, but i guess thats just him, he will end up in jail hes got real head problems, i thinks hes past help anyway seem a shame because hes a game fighter just a shame how he acts outside the cage
