  This is one of the better Vlogs that has been done, and See Anderson does speak english he just doesn’t do it in Interviews, and Forrest apologizing to Anderson was Class and explains ALOT to even us fans.. Chuck was happy for KOS and Tito is Tito, Baroni was pretty funny good Vlog all together

  What class Forrest Griffin showed in his interaction with Anderson Silva. That guy has 10x the heart of Tito. I think we will see an Anderson Silva vs. Griffin rematch one day. This is why that sport is the best, because guys like Griffin.

      Chuck and KOS have hung out ever since TUF, they both have the management team (Zinkin Entertainment) and well support one another, they are decent friends I guess….
