If for some bizarre reason you weren’t already committed to watching UFC 194, chances are you’re about to do abandon that position…
Yes, the UFC has announced that in addition to the headlining bout between Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor, the December 12th card will also see Chris Weidman take on Luke Rockhold. That sounds about right huh?
Weidman (13-0) will be fighting for the first time since May, when he took out Vitor Belfort in the opening round. The middleweight champ has defended the belt three times now, since he defeated Anderson Silva for the first time in 2013.
Rockhold (14-2) is coming off an impressive, stoppage win over Lyoto Machida, and has won four in a row, since he was stopped by Belfort.
UFC 194 will go down at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
