The card also includes a middleweight championship bout between Jason “Mayhem” Miller and Jake Shields, as well as light heavyweight champ Gegard Mousasi in non-title action against Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou and a matchup between heavyweight contenders Antonio Silva and Fabricio Werdum.

For some reason they’re not showing the fight on CBS they are showing NYPD or something like that anyone else have this problem? The guide says strikeforce but they’re not showing it

yes I have and I dont usually trash MMA fighters but most fighters would want to test themselves against the best and Fedor doesn’t. Does that make sense??

i cant believe some people actually think shields would give gsp a challenge. he has shown zero stand up tonight against miller (a guy who gsp dominated earlier in his career) and the only thing he has going for him is his takedowns and he will have an extremely hard time taking down gsp and if he does get him down he will have an even harder time keeping him down.

Jake Shields this was a fight not A wrestling match. I mean if you wanna lay on ppl for five rounds maybe thats all good in wrestling but that def. isnt going to win you any fans in MMA Its F***king boring. Congratulations your the middleweight brock lesnar
Last time I checked Lesnar won his last to fights by TKO.
I would also say that Shields’ “lay n pray” was in large part due to Miller’s ability to nullify Shields’ submissions.

lesnar would own fedor… he struggled with rogers strength and size… now what does he do when he sees lesnars strength size, and SPEED… Speed kills!
Lesnar do not have knockout power like Rogers have he is more grapler and i think Fedor will submit him once it gos to the ground.
I have to accept Rogers had some take down defence and submition defence as well , he did escape 3 submition attemts and this was impresive.

‘roid-enhanced body(i have seen brock as a teen, he was a skinny noodle)fact is, fedor has won agnst many that were bigger and stronger than him.
it is frequently brain vs brawn with fedor.
i think he serves as a model athlete-

Rogers did better than arlovski and silvia.I give him props,he had fedor in a little trouble in the first and he made it to the second.But come on man at least act a bit humbled and give fedor the respect he deserves.You just lost to the best heavyweight in the WORLD.Suck it up and at least say good fight.or something like that.

Althpugh the stoppage was quick rogers was going to get hit 3 times a second for however long it was allowed so in that sense it was a good stoppage. Not that I thought rogers was disrespectful (he was bummed) but he probably would have had so much to say after the fight if big john allowed the hl money shots to rain down…
