Georges St-Pierre Says He’s 100 Percent, Likely to Fight in March or April

UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre says a torn abductor suffered in his successful July title defense against Thiago Alves is completely healed, and that he’ll fight the winner of Mike Swick-Dan Hardy early next year, likely in March or April.

Either Hardy or Swick is in for a long night. The only guy I thought that was left to dethrone GSP was Alves. Someone will do it eventually, but I don’t see it being either guy next time around.
I think GSP and Silva are just at different levels. There’s only one Tiger Woods, and it will be years until he’s no longer the world’s #1. There’s just nobody good enough to beat them right now.
UFC will be out of business by then. Dana White is already selling parts of it as I type this.
Um do you know much about business, because if you did you would know that being only a 10% owner in ZUFFA Dana White isn’t selling much of anything especially any ZUFFA, he doesn’t have the power nor the right to do so, furthermore if he were “selling” any of ZUFFA why wouldn’t he give into the demands of M~1 Global? Ok i have to go ahead and type LOL! UFC has had some set backs with all the injuries but this is the worlds fastest growing sport. It’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

I think the only man that would be able to beat GSP will be Anthony “Rumble” Johnson. Though Rumble should wait like 3 years before he fights him so he is in his prime. If he could stuff the takedowns he will be able to win the standing war me thinks.
I like Rumble but, before you can even consider him he needs to learn to prepare better for a fight…seriously, who comes into a fight 7 lbs over the weight limit? I see him at MW very soon and possibly for a while.
that was a mistake dude, thats the only thing ppl have against Rumble. If it doesn’t happen he has the best chance to beat GSP imo.

Swick and Hardy do not even deserve to stand in the octagon with GSP let alone a get a title shot. These two I consider record patters for Georges. The only WW that even remotely deserves another title shot is Fitch.
I realize that GSP has to fight SOMEONE upon his return, but if Hardy beats Swick, am I to understand he gets a title shot?
That must make a guy like Jon Fitch laugh his a$$ off. It seems to me that beating Fitch or Alves is a signal to Dana White that you’re ready for a shot at “Greatness”, not beating Mike Swick.
Dana needs some new 170ers…
